Question: How much food do you waste

I try really hard to waste as little as possible as I think that it is crazy that we have so much when there are others, even in this country, who have very little at all. I have a compost bin in my garden which itself is re-cycled! We have a bridge from our house over to our garden (sounds very grand but it isn’t) adn when we bought the house the bridge was rotten. We re-used the timber from the bridge to make our compost which I am very proud of! We also try and plan what meals we are eating for a week so that we don’t waste any food or at the very least can make it inot another tasty dish the following week.
