• Question: Are there male teachers at girl schools?

      Certainly!

      I don’t think it’s good to only interact with one of the sexes the whole time.
      I had plenty of male friends that I didn’t go to school with and of course my male relatives, as well.

      I think it’s a shame that the current paedophile hysteria has made male teachers at schools, including mixed primaries, so much rarer. We need them!

      Men and women have different things to offer and I think it’s important to have a balance so that people learn from and respect both as they grow up.

      Hi Kw28…yes we had quite a lot, especially in the science subjects (funny enough but that was the 1980s). My favourite teacher was my biology teacher and that was Mr Davies and he made biology really interesting:).
