In the last couple of years I have loved going Surfing (although I am not that good at it!) and watching the Surfers at Boscombe Pier, Bournemouth (where they have built the first UK artificial reef to improve the surf). I also used to do a lot of contemporary dance and have performed in a dance company (although not sure if you would call it a sport but rather an art form but it is exercise after all!!!):).

I’m a big fan of racquet sports. Tennis and squash are my main sports but I play a bit of golf too. I like watching rugby live or on TV but I’ll definitely be following the world cup just as soon as the nice Sky man comes round to install the new dish (HD-quite exciting!). What’s your favourite sport and what has science done to enhance it?
