Hi lollypop! The best way is to reduce our carbon dioxide emissions. For the Royal Navy this means for example redesigning our ship’s engines so they become more fuel efficient, minimising how much we travel by car in the course of our business such as using video screens to talk to one another, reducing our gas consumption by using more efficient boilers and using bio-mass boilers instead which use wood chip from sustainable sources and looking at and using alternative sources of power such as wind and solar power:).
