No. Unless you mean by creating digital versions of ouyrselves that survive after the body has died. Don’t know how you download a consciousnes but maybe that’s a solution…?

No, I don’t think so. We’ll probably find a way to live longer, but ultimately the laws of physics chemistry and biology dictate that something that’s living can’t carry on living indefinitely.
